David Fair is the founder of D2 Business and Manufacturing Solutions, LLC. This consulting firm helps small and medium-sized businesses reach their full potential through strategic planning, management development, and leadership counseling. His fifty-year career includes diverse assignments in manufacturing, research, engineering, and business management. These include Fortune 100 firms, family-owned businesses, and his own ventures. He has worked in a wide range of industries, including chemicals, metals, electronics, and biotechnology.
David has directed organizations from their entrepreneurial plateaus into the growth phases of the business cycle.
He has led market expansions and process improvements for established businesses.
As a holder of ten US Patents, David demonstrates competence in conceiving and developing new and improved products and processes. He understands that sponsoring innovation can have a positive long-term benefit to a business team as well as a marketplace.
David is a founding member of The Callidus Group, LLC. This company focuses on providing entrepreneurial education to start-up and developing businesses.
